(Long journey)

From sand of years

Dug from the depths of the fish‘s tomb
Vaults filled with the hide of Tanggula peaks
Tanned by rain, hoe and frozen tears,
Collected where the sea‘s lips meet
Freed the channel from sand of years
Foundations poured from time‘s womb,
Precipitated gentle feelings
There anticipated leeward leanings.
