The Comic Genius of Netanyahu

Knowing that Iran won’t surrender its right to civil nuclear power, the schemers in Tel Aviv and Washington were bound to mount a hysterical campaign to scare the rest of the world into believing this would bring terror to our own streets.

And at the United Nations we saw the process swing into action as Netanyahu tried to whip up support for another Middle East war for Israel’s benefit.

Yesterday, the man who calls the Holocaust a lie spoke from this podium… To those who gave this Holocaust-denier a hearing, I say on behalf of my people, the Jewish people, and decent people everywhere: Have you no shame? Have you no decency?

Who with a speck of decency would have given Netanyahu a hearing after the atrocities of the Gaza blitzkrieg and the Goldstone Report condemning Israel’s war crimes?

This Iranian regime is fueled by an extreme fundamentalism… anyone not deemed to be a true believer is brutally subjugated.

Netanyahu could be describing the Israeli regime.

…The greatest threat facing the world today is the marriage between religious fanaticism and the weapons of mass destruction.

He should know. Israel is bristling with both.

The most urgent challenge facing this body is to prevent the tyrants of Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons.

That would be nice for the warmongers in Tel Aviv, who already have them.

Will the international community thwart the world’s most pernicious sponsors and practitioners of terrorism?

I do hope so. But are we all agreed who they are?

Rather than condemning the terrorists and their Iranian patrons, some here have condemned their victims. That is exactly what a recent UN report on Gaza did, falsely equating the terrorists with those they targeted.

Substitute American for Iranian and it begins to make sense.

In 2005, hoping to advance peace, Israel unilaterally withdrew from every inch of Gaza… We didn’t get peace. Instead we got an Iranian backed terror base fifty miles from Tel Aviv. Life in Israeli towns and cities next to Gaza became a nightmare. You see, the Hamas rocket attacks not only continued, they increased tenfold. Again, the UN was silent.

Defenceless Gazans know all about nightmares. Israel, camped on their doorstep and still occupying Gaza’s airspace and coastal waters, lobs high explosives into the tiny enclave’s 1.5 million starving civilians, and there’s no escape.

There is only one example in history of thousands of rockets being fired on a country’s civilian population. It happened when the Nazis rocketed British cities during World War II. During that war, the allies leveled German cities, causing hundreds of thousands of casualties.

The Nazis launched sophisticated rockets with huge destructive power at London and Southern England from territory they had invaded and occupied. They weren’t firing makeshift missiles built in a garden shed to defend their homeland.

Israel… tried to minimize casualties by urging Palestinian civilians to vacate the targeted areas. We dropped countless flyers over their homes, sent thousands of text messages and called thousands of cell phones asking people to leave. Never has a country gone to such extraordinary lengths to remove the enemy’s civilian population from harm’s way.

How considerate. But where were Gaza’s terrified civilians supposed to run to? Into the sea? Bombing their homes was the ultimate terror act. There’s no excuse.

…If Israel is again asked to take more risks for peace, we must know today that you will stand with us tomorrow. Only if we have the confidence that we can defend ourselves can we take further risks for peace.

What exactly are these “risks for peace” Israel has so bravely taken? In 61 years what peace dividends has Israel’s risk-taking delivered?

The pot calls the kettle black

Netanyahu has a rare genius for irony, except that he himself doesn’t see it. That’s what makes him such a comedian. The irony of what he says is totally lost on him. Nearly every offensive remark he makes about Iran and Palestine can be flung back in his face because Israel is no better and in most respects far worse. Netanyahu’s speech to the UN was the most hilarious example in history of the pot calling the kettle black.

His scriptwriters evidently feed off the Zionists’ propaganda training manual, which teaches the art of lying and distortion and how to sugar-coat it all for easy swallowing by gullible audiences. Notice how everything Israel dislikes, and everything that thwarts their lust for domination, is now labeled “Iranian-backed”… and how everyone else, too, is in mortal danger from Iran and must therefore huddle together in Israel’s axis of aggression. Also note how situations are defined in language that suit only Israel’s case.

Less amusing is Netanyahu’s arrogant rejection of the UN Human Rights Council’s Goldstone report condemning Israel’s conduct.

By these twisted standards… [they] would have dragged Roosevelt and Churchill to the dock as war criminals. What a perversion of truth. What a perversion of justice… Will you accept this farce? If this body does not reject this report, it would send a message to terrorists everywhere: Terror pays; if you launch your attacks from densely populated areas, you will win immunity. And in condemning Israel, this body would also deal a mortal blow to peace. Here’s why.

When Israel left Gaza, many hoped that the missile attacks would stop. Others believed that at the very least, Israel would have international legitimacy to exercise its right of self-defense. What legitimacy? What self-defense?

The same UN that cheered Israel as it left Gaza and promised to back our right of self-defense now accuses us — my people, my country — of war crimes? And for what? For acting responsibly in self-defense. What a travesty!

Israel justly defended itself against terror. This biased and unjust report is a clear-cut test for all governments. Will you stand with Israel or will you stand with the terrorists?

The false choice in that last sentence is a propaganda favourite. Why would anyone with any sense wish to stand alongside either?

And how dare Netanyahu equate Roosevelt and Churchill’s epic struggle against the rampaging Nazis with Israel’s brutal crushing of Palestinian resistance against the illegal occupation of the Holy Land?

What has the UN come to when a regime that is armed to the teeth with nuclear weapons and not even a signatory to the Nuclear Non-proliferation Treaty can call on the world’s nations to gang up against another country for starting its own nuclear programme? Israel itself refuses to submit to inspection and poses an alarming nuclear threat. It hasn’t signed the Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention either, nor the Chemical Weapons Convention.

And is it not an insult to everyone’s intelligence to hear the UN being lambasted by the leader of a regime that is in open defiance of international law and countless UN resolutions?

The UN Human Rights Council is due to debate the Goldstone report today, when a vote will be taken on how its recommendations should be acted on. There are fears that the British government plans to reject the report’s key recommendations. If that’s the case and others follow suit, Israel will be let off the hook and allowed to continue its crime spree.

It will hand Israel’s comic genius a personal triumph. The Zionist network will no doubt show their gratitude in the usual way.

Look who the comedian really is! Stuart Littlewood calls the deadly Hamas rockets makeshift missiles built in a garden shed, for Heaven’s sakes! If the occupied Irishmen in the IRA were to fire those same missiles into colonialist England and Scotland, I am definitely sure Mr. Littlewood would demand the extermination of the IRA and its civilian supporters. The fact is missiles of any kind kill indiscriminately. Judge Goldstone called the Hamas use of these projectiles war crimes. I am convinced the world is laughing at Littlewood.

“If that’s the case and others follow suit, Israel will be let off the hook and allowed to continue its crime spree.” Does Mr Littlewood really believe that Israel will comply with any UN resolution adopted on foot of this report? Surely not! So it doesn’t matter what Britain or any other country does. As long as the American superpower continues to exist, the Israelis have no need to negotiate. Once it ceases to exist, the Palestinians have no need to negotiate. That’s why the Israelis are getting so frantic!

Compared to Germany’s V1 and V2, which Netanyahu referred to, Hamas’s rockets are indeed garden shed wizzbangs. Ask anyone who lived through it. The V1 alone destroyed or damaged over 1 million homes and caused over 23,000 casualties and deaths. No laughing matter, Mr Baldev R Singh. How many Israelis died from Hamas rockets? Besides, remember that Sderot, where most of them fell, is built on an ethnically cleansed Palestinian village.

Book Reviews of Inspirations Of Israel
Poetic Romance of Israel in Poetry
    Review by Baldev R. Singh
Young Brandon Marlon (29 years old) from Canada and Israel has a winning title under his wings with this beautiful volume of Judaic poetry expressing his love for the history and geography of Israel. This is no mere nationalistic patriotism. Rather, it is a spiritual romance of what Israel means to world history and enlightenment. Highly recommended for readers of modern poetry who expect classical influences to expand their horizons.

No one is laughing at Littlewood for the simple fact that what he writes is true.

I don’t know why Netanyahu wasn’t booed off the podium for such blatant, offensive, HATE-SPEECH. He missed his calling as a sleazy Hollywood mafia-movie extra and now the world gets to shiver at this homicidal maniac. (Shades of Hitler)

I am so very tired of hearing their blatant lies and twisted truths, calling evil good, and good evil.
The truth is the Iranians are an educated, sophisticated, conversative people who do not want war with anyone, especially after seeing the murderous tsunami that was let loose on Iraq. This river of lying propaganda to justify more evil and more murder makes me want to vomit!

Baldev – And so you think no one should be concerned with the mega-tonnage of bullets, bombs and missiles fired at captive Palestinians for 42 years now – or even 61 years now, or even a century now? Should we now charge American Indians with indiscriminate murder ex post facto?

baldev is, I would say, simply a racist, the type that flock to Israel’s banner as Israeli racism is so open, so unapologetic, so arrogant. It gives the little racists the horn. Baldev simply ignores the one hundred times greater Gazan casualties, as these are ‘collateral damage’, of untermenschen, ‘two-legged animals’ of no worth compared to God’s own Herrenvolk. Bibulous Bibi’s diatribe was a masterpiece of projection, of narcissistic and maudlin self-pity and total contempt for the truth and Palestinian lives. Never forget that for extreme Judaic supremacists like Bibulous, and his wretched father, and all the Irgun, Stern, Hagganah, IDF, Mossad, Shin Bet etc terrorist cappi, the Palestinians are animals who may be slaughtered at will, tortured in their thousands and with whom there is no requirement for the Judaic ubermenschen to ever negotiate in good faith.
This racism, and its depraved duplicity was beautifully illustrated by Bibulous’s offer of a ‘Palestinian state’ a few months ago. This offer was a deliberately insulting wad of gobshite spat into the Palestinian face. A ‘state’ of disconnected internment camps, surrounded by the Herrenvolk’s armed colonial camps, with no external borders, the Jordan Valley stolen, and the Israelis granted a veto over its foreign relations. Oh, and don’t forget, not allowed an army of its own, for easier operation of Israel’s death-squads, and with Israeli control of the electronic realm and the airspace. The racist contempt is palpable, yet the swine of the Western media sewer, knowing just who really calls the shots, sang its praises to the heavens. When faced with such depraved and cynical hypocrisy, screeching its assertion of its ‘moral purity’, where does on go to find the words adequate to express the wickedness involved?

I believe that the Talmud and its various commentaries contain much useful information on how Judaic supremacists like mebosa ought to deal with the goy untermenschen. Add to those the Torah injunctions to genocide, the ‘religious festivals’ of Passover and Purim, that celebrate Judaic massacres of their victims, and combine with Israeli doctrine and policy towards the Palestinians and its neighbours, andyou get a witches’ brew that would make any German Nazi blush with envy. Not cricket, at all.

Mebosa – We the taxpayers – through our government – pay Israel billions annually to do a lot worse. Are you again trying to obfuscate matters by diverting attention away from the illegal occupation of Palestine? Or maybe you are saying that because there are human rights abuses in Palestine, Palestinians have forfeited the right to self-determination – and that it would be best if Jews took their land. Hmm, your posts seem a bit self-serving, no?

Mulga Mumblebrain doesn’t seem to have anything intelligent to say.
In India, he/she would be flayed for demeaning a friendly ally like Israel.

Until he/she realizes that the Palestinians stole the Holy Land from the aboriginal Jews who have lived there since 1800 B.C., he/she will engage in tasteless commentaries.

BTW, Saudi Arabia is a Jewish patrimony having been first settled by the Jewish tribe the Banu Quraiza in 423 A.D. If you read the fanatic Saudi press, you will find that they tremble at the possibility that the Jews will seek to recover their stolen lands there. (For those ignorant of history, Muhammad had the Jews of Arabia beheaded).

And now that it turns out that Ahmadinejad is Jewish, it is high time Mumblebrain went to the library and studied the real meaning of Purim. Otherwise, he/she is just another run of the mill ignorant racist.

Mr singh… a member of that elite Indian family, no wonder you’re such a barbaric sophist. You’d love to flay everyone who challenges your views wouldn’t you… you get off on beating women, or others who are unable to defend themselves (the Palestininas for example). I bet there are quite a few (tens of millions) of Indians you’d like to flay some sense into too, isn’t there?

If you’re going to take the “Old testament” or Pentateuch etc. as historical truth then you should be interested in the following:

Gen 10: 1 This is the account of Shem, Ham and Japheth, Noah’s sons, who themselves had sons after the flood.

10:32 These are the clans of Noah’s sons, according to their lines of descent, within their nations. From these the nations spread out over the earth after the flood.

    10:2 The sons of Japheth:
Gomer, Magog, Madai, Javan, Tubal, Meshech and Tiras.

    3 The sons of Gomer:
    Ashkenaz, Riphath and Togarmah.

Thus we read that Ashkenaz is the son of Gomer, son of Japheth. Ashkenaz is thus not a “semite”. As you are propably well aware the majority of Israelis are “Ashkenazi”, the IDF even has chief of general staff Gabi Ashkenazi, and not Shemites or Semites.

When we turn back to the religious texts:

Shem was the father of Aphraxad. Aphraxad was the father of Shelah, who in turn was the father of Eber. This information is available in 1 chronicles 1:17-19.

1 Chronicles 1:24 Shem, Arphaxad, Shelah,

    25 Eber, Peleg, Reu,

    26 Serug, Nahor, Terah

27 and Abram (that is, Abraham).

1 Chronicles 1:34 Abraham was the father of Isaac.
    The sons of Isaac:
    Esau and Israel.

So according to your “historic” texts, Israel was a Shemite, and therefore “Israel” must belong to the Semites and not to Ashkenazis, descendants of Japheth.

Mr. “Flay the dissidents” Singh, what rhetorical sophistry would you like to spin next? I’ll be happy to provide another devastating rebuttal.

How quaint. A Sikh, one assumes, baldev, and a real Zionazi bigot. A truly raving racist zealot. Perhaps he has converted to ‘Chosenness’. Apparently only the Jews have rights in baldev’s racist rantings. After all the area known as Palestine, or Canaan, or Israel, has been inhabited by various peoples since possibly as early as 1.5 million years ago, but for extreme racial supremacists like baldev, only the Judaic Herrenvolk have any rights, no matter how long absent, and no matter that the Palestinians descend, in part, from Jews who remained in Palestine after the Roman expulsions. And no matter, of course, that most current-day Jews are descended from people who never, ever, lived in Canaan, but converted to Judaism in lands are far distant as Kurdistan and Morocco. I guess that the German Nazis ranted in similar fashion over the inherent, eternal rights of the Aryans.
What’s more, baldev lets the cat out of the Zionazi bag that the Herrenvolk want lebensraum in Saudi Arabia as well. Apparently for the Supreme Beings of the Universe and their boot-lickers, a Jew need only reside in a region once, for that land to belong to them, to the exclusion of all other ‘two-legged animals’ (that’s the rest of humanity)forever. So ‘Eretz Yisrael’ not only extends from the Nile to the Euphrates, but also includes Arabia. Not to forget Brooklyn.

Stuart Littlewood’s piece is full of distortions and errors. One glaring example – it was Gaddafi and not Netanyahu who threw the UN charter over his head while addressing the UN General Assembly. But Littlewood completely ignored this, feeling that an insane comedian like Gaddafi was not a “comic genius.” On the other hand, our whole office staff were in stitches watching this blithering idiot foam at the mouth for over 90 minutes and addressed as “the king of kings.”

Speaking of foaming at the mouth, Mulga Mumblebrain is deficient in
his knowledge of Judaic history. Since the Jews never gave up ownership of Israel and Judea, those lands belong to the Jews under international law. On the other hand, the colonial settlers of the North and South American continents must vacate the USA and Brazil and return to England and Portugal since the native peoples are still alive and living there in apartheid ghettos called reservations. Similarly, the so-called Palestinians (Arabs by any other name) must give up their squatter privileges and return to their homeland in the Arabian desert north of Yemen.

As for Suthiano’s recent comments about Biblical history, I am afraid he has to go back to elementary school. He has mixed up blintzes with borscht. Ashkenazim are Jews who lived in Ashkenaz or Germany in the Christian Middle Ages. They migrated there from Babylonia and Israel. Racially and linguistically they are Semites. Jewish Semites from Israel who migrated to Rome were known as Italkis and those who migrated to Spain were known as Sepharadim. Jewish Semites who live in America are called Americans, etc.

Now, Arabs are also Semites. Yet, when they stole Egypt from the Copts, these Arabs engaged in identity theft and took the name “Egyptian.” This was a criminal act.

  22. b99 said on October 5th, 2009 at 1:07pm #

Clyde – Jews never ‘owned’ Israel or Judaia. They had for a generation or two – a chieftainship in the region – and chieftainships come and go. During the Roman Administration – Jews left in large numbers to make their living elsewhere in the empire – thus these emigrants forfeited any claim, imaginary or real, to return, except via permission from Roman, Byzantine or Ottoman authorities – a permission granted to those who wanted to emigrate to Palestine in the 19th and early 20th centuries. Jews overwhelmingly preferred to emigrate to the Americas.

Let’s be clear about this – Any international law granting Palestine to the Jews because of alleged ownership in the ‘biblical’ era – is entirely in your mind.

As far as vacating the Americas, what political movement by Native-Americans are you referring to?

Palestinians of course, predate the arrival or emergence of Hebrews in that region by several thousand years. That they have been Arabized in culture is no more remarkable than the fact that all of us are writing here in English, though that be the languge of few of our ancestors. Palestinians are Canaanite, Phoenician, Philistine – and yes – Jew. They were there when the Hebrews emerged from god knows where, when the Jews left for greener pastures, and when the Zionists shipped in last century. It’s Palestine.

Semitic is a language group. Jews who speak Hebrew are Semitic speakers. Those who speak Yiddish are not. Thus Ashkenazim of Europe were not Semitic speakers. Racially they are a mixed group – with perhaps half of all female genetic contribution being of European origin.

Uh, Arabs in Egypt are called Egyptian. But they are also called Arab because they speak Arabic and have a culture characterized by common Arabic themes of the region. The people themselves are largely ancient inhabitants – Copt, Nubian, Greek, etc – with an Arab cultural overlay. I don’t think you’ve made a point here – or any, for that matter.

  23. Suthiano said on October 5th, 2009 at 2:35pm #

    Thanks B99.

Clyde seems to be the most recent avatar of the usual zionazi troll propaganda tactics.

As this fool surely knows, and as b99 pointed out, Ashkenazim did not speak Hebrew, except for in prayer. In fact Hebrew as it exists today is an invention of the last couple of centuries. This new Hebrew goes by several names: Israeli Hebrew, Modern Israeli Hebrew, Modern Hebrew, New Hebrew, Israeli Standard Hebrew, Standard Hebrew.

While it does have linguistic ties to Sephardic Hebrew, it also borrows heavily from European languages.

For the Ashkenazim Yiddish is the traditional language. This is so true that many of the older generations who still speak Yiddish are bemoaning the loss of this piece of their culture/identity.

Of course Arabic is a Semitic language close to Aramaic and ancient Hebrew in many ways.

“Ashkenazim are Jews who lived in Ashkenaz or Germany in the Christian Middle Ages. They migrated there from Babylonia and Israel.”

Could you provide some evidence for this migration? No? Don’t Have any? thanks. Ashkenazim are Khazars, turkic peoples. b99 and I have already thoroughly rebutted your claim that the Ashkenazim were linguistically Semitic, and as for the “racial” claim, all one needs to do is look at pictures of David Grun (later Ben-Gurion), Tzipi Livni, Paula Zhan, Barbara Walters or even Yehuda Bauer who grew up speaking Czech, Slovak and German, but not New Hebrew.

As for land issues in the Americas, most of us on Dissident Voice support Native land claims, and indigenous autonomy. However, the Zionist supreme court justices, media moguls, op-ed columnists, senators, congressmen, members of parliament, university professors, etc, are certainly not in favour of native rights. They even contradict your absurd statement about vacating this land. That’s why if you visit the website for United Israel Appeal of Canada, one of the National Collective Responsibilities is to:
” Jewish Immigrant Aid Services of Canada, the oldest chartered not-for-profit settlement organization in Canada. For 80 years, it has been a critical force in shaping and building the Jewish community of Canada. Founded on August 30th, 1922, JIAS has assisted Russian Jews escaping pogroms, Holocaust survivors, Bosnian refugees, and, most recently, Israeli and Argentinean Jews who resettle in Canada. ”

So clearly Zionists do not advocate giving up land to natives, but rather seek to populate it further with Europeans. This has been the case for 87 years… It’s the oldest chartered, not for profit group to do so… damn clyde.

Now Clyde, you sophist troll, isn’t it clear that it’s you who belong in elementary school with the other raging zionists? After all sonny boy clyde, it’s in elementary school where we learn such things as decency towards fellow humans, to avoid violence, and that stealing (land included) is wrong… Oh yeah, it’s in the 10 commandments as well, in case your religion means anything to you other than “cult of the chosen ones”.

    sincerely,

Clyde Obstropoulos (a favourite mispronunciation, by Australians of a certain age and educational level, of ‘obstreperous’)is so full of it, it being Zionazi delusion, that it is oozing out all over the blogosphere. I love the insane, racist, arrogance of his ‘ Since the Jews never gave up ownership of Judea and Samaria, those lands belong to the Jews under international law’. In fact, the Jews occupied a tiny fraction of their mythological ‘Eretz Yisrael’ for a few hundred years, while human habitation there goes back to hominid settlement over 1.5 million years ago. To assert that an international law that did not exist during the Jewish epoch, now accords sole ownership to one group, to the detriment of all others, including those who have been in constant occupation for two thousand years, since the Roman expulsions of the Jews, is arrogance and racial supremacism that has gone over to rank insanity.
But at least Obstropoulos lets us into the Zionazi mentality. The Herrenvolk, being God’s Chosen People, indeed, according to some loonies, being God themselves, have rights and privileges that goy ‘human dust’ (that means us all, but in this particular case the poor, barbarised, Palestinians) simply do not enjoy. The ideology is frankly psychopathic, but it controls the West, is increasingly florid in its bestiality and dementia, and is capable, I believe, of virtually any crime, the Jews, by religious revelation, being incapable of misbehaviour, and their victims, similarly, being utterly sub-human and deserving of even the vilest treatment. In many ways I see this Zionazi doctrine of absolute Judaic supremacy as far more dangerous than the ravings of the German Nazis. After all the Nazis only lasted for thirteen years, and their delusions of Aryan supremacy, although identical to Judaic claims, at least encompassed a greater proportion of humanity.
