The Rehabilitation

Hitler and the Nazis
gave genocide a bad name
and created a problem
for the indispensable power

Ethnic cleansing
is after all a basic tool
of the peace process
and spread of civilized values

But fast forward
to the survivors and heirs
of the death camps and gas ovens
“mowing the grass” in Gaza

And genocide
has been rehabilitated
and the exceptional people are free
once again to revel in it.
