Sought or Caught

Across the aisle, to leap (Photo: Faye Sarras)

Legislation, perambulation with floral intent
Not every thought is opened
Nor all desires tabled
Across the aisle, to leap.
Respiration, imagination suddenly detected
All the colours so expressed intense
Fine flavours to be tasted
Caught astride the buds of conviction.
