Annual evolutions

Through forests (photo: Faye Sarras)

In our souls, a mirror shines
Polished by both profane and divine
Brilliance and shadows
In our hearts wed
From all that we love
Nurtured and led
Through forests and meadows
Crossing mountains and seas
From sunrise to sunset
With a rotational breeze.
