Hapless Existence!

Loss of job
Starvation

Loss of peace
Restlessness

Loss of security
Helplessness

Time taking its
Toll on hapless
Existence

Crawling like a
Reptile

Like the setting sun
Hiding beneath
The horizon as
The day ends
And life goes
To sleep

As if!

And one waits for
The regeneration!
