The past is stale crust/
moldy bread/smoldering
The past is burnt ash/
ember city/deconstruction
The past is broken dreams/
silent screams/hallucination
The past is shattered glass/
cut skin/ambulance
The past is metal nails/
wooden cross/forsaken
The past is wretched throne/
black plague/nepotism
The past is world war/
settled score/annihilation
The past is Big Bang/
supernova/entropy
The past is rain cloud/
acid storm/mutation
The past is seven seas/
slave trade/incarceration
The past is sold out/
sealed shut/wasteland
