The Front of the House
by Matthew Borczon / September 20th, 2015
As they
unwrapped
his face
there was
no face
just a
blood soaked
neckerchief
that stuck
to the
hole above
his neck
and looked
like a
dirty drain.

if we
were sure
he was alive
and I
wanted to
ask myself
the same
question
about all
of us.
