Trumpler Files

First, he came for the Spanish, as
They were rapists and thieves
Then he came for the Muslims, as
They were terrorists
Then he came for the blacks
Slaves who escaped the plantations
Then he came for the homeless
Lethal injections awaited
Then he came for the LGBQT
A special hatred for them
Then he came for the trade unionists
He hated paying decent wages and OT
Then he came for the special needs folks
We all seen how he mocked them, and
He fired up the ovens of hate
Then he came for the Democrats
Soccer fields were ready, Pinochet rules
Then he came for the elderly and disabled
No space at the ballroom for them
Then he came for the radical poets, for
They recorded the atrocities of the day
Then he came for Canada and Greenland
Like he said that he would
They have Alaska, and Putin, Russia
Poland and Ukraine are next
Thrown under Russian tanks by trumpler
He said dictator day one and no more elections
Narcist/psychopaths always tell folks
What they are going to do
Now, there is no one to speak for us
America, you gave it all away so easily
“Bad people prevail when good ones do nothing”
White supremacy rules supreme, on your good streets,
In the background we hear democracy scream:
80 million citizens didn’t even vote,
There is a flaw in everything,
That’s how fascism gets in!
How will it all end? Left in suspense…
HOPE is the aroma of resistance
