A Pauper’s Heart

BREAKING NEWS:
There have been a further three arrests
in the Capital’s affluent area of Mayfair.
A search warrant was issued
late yesterday afternoon,
and at around midnight
(Exact Time To Be Confirmed)
Special Police Forces
executed the aforementioned warrant.
This is the fourth, in a series of raids,
conducted over a month long period,
of Upper Class Private Residences…
connected to the brand-spanking new,
highly addictive ‘Pauper’s Heart’ drug.
There have been a spate of ‘Bodies’
discovered around the Embankment,
all believed to be homeless,
and each having a heart removed,
after initial strangulation had occurred.
We’ve been informed that the ‘Heart’
is first dried, then flaked, and finally
the dried flakes smoked in a crack-pipe.
The effect of the new drug is sensational,
described as the ultimate ‘Downer’,
it is five times more potent than Heroin.
The high, or low, lasts ten minutes long,
but for those few short minutes
the Rich get to truly feel and experience,
both mentally and emotionally,
complete and utter desolation and despair.
The arrested members include a Pop Star,
a High Court Barrister, and a Politician.

obviously, as the case continues to unfold.
