Color Blind

Why is it
that the corporate media
only seems
to rile shit up
when a corrupt pig
takes out a Colored man?
Where is the outrage
every other day
when the corrupt pig
is taking out
the Caucasian man, the Native man,
the Hispanic man, the Asian man,
the Hindu, the Muslim,
the poor man, the silent
man without a voice – all that?
Where are the faux
cries of horror
when the big boss man
is stomping on the little man
using big black boots
and black uniforms
and black souls
and black hearts
every other black day of the year?
What’s the score here?
What’s the game?
Who’s drawing the lines?
Who’s making the rules?
I think the only things that matter
are the different shades of green,
but even those just look black
in the shadows cast from the bank.
