Thousands of trees
catch the tears
from singing bees
winging only
twenty-five years
sighing
flying
very slow
across the seas
in friendship’s rainbow.
Spanning
time
through wilderness
reason
rhymed
with tenderness.
Latitude measured
in degrees
reaching smiles
in seasons
sublime
forgetting
pain
in bended knees
unfolding hands
in sunlight free
cooling freshly
in joyful
rain.
