Cruelty on Ice
by Kenneth Vincent Walker / March 1st, 2026
Cruelty overlooked
Because it doesn’t
Directly effect you
Or me; as cruelty is
Mistaken for justice
In the land of liberty.
Cruelty is never the
Right course to take.
For cruelty leads to
More cruelty, as the
Dam begins to break,
And the flood waters
Shall leave nothing in
Its wake once we’ve
Decided, as a nation,
That cruelty is okay.
