Time Tied

No lamp too dim (Photo: Faye Sarras)

O, strange fortune hangs
Not from the gallows yet
Carps or butterflies flutter
Through fluid space to nets
No lamp too dim for sight
Darkness conceals no shame
For crime would be shortened
when spirits deign to fight.
