Beelzebub and Lucifer are dead, cry
The derry, the demons are drowning, a
Drumhead call; Beelzebub and Lucifer
Have fled, hail the morrow, the heavens

Are breaking, chains unborn, melting
Were the fetters of the lilac tallow; Gog
And Magog are lost, rove the chalice,
Empyrean mantle raining down on wolds

Unseen. Auguries thus spent, Antichrist
Armies fading in the night, a glistening
Star whereon the sun doth fall; an eagle
Is soaring, the doom evanescing, lucent

Were the oceans on beads of callow dew.
Beelzebub and Lucifer are slain, no more
The Kraken, a cryptic crowning on the
Moor of Ilium. The newborn babe, a diss-

Olving cantil, transcendent azure zones
Where angels dance in hallowed light; and
All about the silence of the dappled dawn
Sing the ethereal hearth songs of eternity
