Make haste

Think what you ate (Photo: Faye Sarras)

Before its too late
Think what you ate
Months and years
Lies and fears
Served merely
Ending to accelerate
Daily the incredible
Ingested favorite vegetable
New and supposedly improved
Until sense and intestines
Must be removed
For the sake of speed
The past rejected
In haste to be
With death injected.
