Gaslit Tidbit

This is for all those
Who don’t know what
The hell Gaslighting is:

It’s denial, repetition
And false accusations
To manipulate and to
Skew reality more or
Less for one’s benefit.

To psychologically tip
On its ear what you see,
Smell, taste and hear.

Where you question
What you’ve known to
Be true, now doubt all
That you knew simply
Because you’ve been

Rattled, schmoozed,
Snookered, had, tricked,
Cut to the quick, worn-

Down and yes…Gaslit.
