Recharging without charge

From summer to mid-autumn
the sun has done its work.
Meanwhile many decline and recline
in waves of heat or seas and lakes.
Ancient solar cells take rest and recreation
recharging without charge.
Turning solar flares into creative wares,
preparing for the future, decent rest, the reason.
