Dig
by Paul Tristram / August 7th, 2022
… the very first afternoon
of my seven day bre/ak…
away… from ‘Writing’
[of any DESCRIPTION!]
… and I discover
Naum Gabo’s sketch
‘Design For A
Construction In A Niche’.
Fuck Off Universe!!!
… there are syllables
slipping slowly down
the backs of my arms
… whilst my BRAIN
is doing its “I WILL
‘IMPLODE’ First…
Before Scattergunning!”
thingy… in Technicolor.
I wanna bite my way
through the tender skull
of ‘Imperfection’
and dwell [Slightly]
upon the Uncomfortable
… but, I let her
build a solitary boat…
out of my SILENCE
… and Six Of Swords…
her way from
the ‘Butcher’s Table
of my [Self] ‘Excavation’.
