Fantasies of a White Christmas

(80 years later)

They’re (still) dreaming of a White universe
Just like the one they used to know
Where they still give orders
and others only listen
to serve their masters from below.

They’re dreaming of a White universe
With every shot or drug they give
That others’ days be shortened into night
And they can own the world without a fight.

They’ve been screaming (ever) since Christmas
pretending cynically they didn’t know
They lie, kill or steal,
use viruses fake or real
And bribe or threaten the WHO

We should not just be dreaming,
nor only screaming, with every message that we write
Instead we should be meeting, more than tweeting
It’s not to avoid dying but for living we should fight.
