Be Ferocious In Your Self-Discipline
by Paul Tristram / December 29th, 2019
The toughest and the most important Fight
that you will have in this Life
is with Yourself.
Master that Bastard,
and the rest won’t just fall into place,
but you will handle all that’s thrown at you
far more efficiently.
Restrict the ‘Passenger Seat’
for actual car journeys only.
I have learnt to give my ‘Respect’
a millimetre at a time,
and begrudgingly at that…
and I expect the exact same treatment back.
Do not ‘Accept’ nor ‘Settle’ for anything
which does not ‘Fulfil’ you, completely…
let the Past be, and keep striving Forward.
Each fall and knockback
will strengthen your Soul,
battle-harden your Mind,
and teach your courageous, beating Heart
the absolute Glory of conquering Adversity!
