Melting Desire
by Pranab Ghosh / June 9th, 2019
Time melted in front of
You…
You could see her
Standing somewhere…
Between now and then…
Between life and death…
Between morning and night…
You could see her
Standing somewhere…
She is as young as she was…
What was her age?
Maybe 10, 16, 22, 28…
Maybe even more or less
You stood in front
Of the mirror
You saw her melt
Into it
You tried to find
Your image…
What appeared
You failed to
Recognize…
You…
Your desire…
Your dream…
Your existence…
MELTED!
