The ultimate logic of racism is genocide.
— Martin Luther King, Jr.

The ultimate logic of bigotry is genocide.
— MG, Jr., after MLK, Jr.

Morality transcends legality.
No law can justify inflicting cruelty,
or denying human rights.

No claim of patriotism can justify
inflicting cruelty or denying human rights.

Bigotry is neither a right nor a privilege,
and it is never patriotic even if condoned.

No one has earned the right to inflict cruelty,
by claiming personal or historical victimhood.

No legal employment that requires you to inflict cruelty
and deny others their human rights
absolves you of the personal responsibility, and guilt,
for the moral crimes you willingly perform as directed.

Those who can make you believe absurdities
can make you commit atrocities.
— Voltaire

America can never be great
until its people dispel ignorance,
and expunge bigotry and cruelty
from their nation, and themselves.
