I Would March

I would march if there were something to march for
But all the flags lead to a suppression of the noble spirit

All the flags clamor for the reins of State
Thinking their own the reins of the State
Impervious to the reality of the State

The State has all the flags by the short hairs

State it needs an enemy

The State needs an enemy for the flags to be the love child of the State

I would march if there were something to march for

I would march for human dignity the human spirit
I will stand up against all flags that trump the dignity
I will stand up against all flags that trump the spirit
