Remain Your Own Jailor

Side-stepping the ‘Domino Effect’
she learnt something ‘New’ about herself.
Knowledge can be obtained
from a sniper’s vantage point,
as well as the frontline trenches.
A ‘Heart Upon A Sleeve’
can be removed and replaced at will.
The only ‘Certainty’ in the long run
is ‘Uncertainty’…
shift and fluid…
adapting to fresh, unpredictable terrain…
an ‘Obstacle’ looses its Importance
when the word ‘Circumnavigate’
is thrown before it.
The ‘Crowd’ is where you start losing
yourself to Interference…
‘People Watching’ is always far safer at a… distance.
Never stop to make Camp
upon the second, third or fourth Stepping Stone…
or you are missing the entire point
of the exercise and adventure.
The Heart is the nastiest prison cell,
the Mind the most fearful Torture Chamber/Dungeon…
whilst the Soul (Which should be as free as a bird),
is sentenced at Birth,
to Hover between or Within the Both…
it is Imperative to always keep a-hold of the Keys,
and, at all times, remain your very own Jailor.
