and its daily rise,
Listen, tell me
how to please
in TV news
in bureaucratese
Ingredients listed
(And those that aren’t)
Find
in what I see
in what I hear
More than
Temporary beauty
Less than
Permanent fear
Pardon me
while I sit on this fence
Between your truths
Between your lies
Finding no difference.
