Macro-politics

Many times a dream of world unity
joins me in the night–a world held together
by a universal concern for good–
No great powers
No great threats
Dave writes that this is macro-politics
his writing is that of a dreamer
he need not apologize
dreams are what we need
There are times
when I fear
I will lose
the gift of dreaming
