Past And Present
by Ananya S. Guha / November 8th, 2015
Lord, many are infantile senses
of colouring, breeding, killing
and hating. Lord, the historical
scoop is that we have no answers
to repetitive cycles of absolutism.
There is relinquishment of Ideas
and depravity in humanity.
We scour whatever little pictures
we have of man’s glory, only to discern
that the present is outraged, and the past
ostracized in heavy walls of the prison.
