Let's Stop the Bombs (to the tune of
Oh Tannenbaum)
Let's stop the
bombs, let's stop the bombs
From raining
down on Baghdad (2x)
We must defeat
the corporate scum
Who crush our
rights and beat war drums
Let's stop the
bombs, let's stop the bombs
From raining
down on Baghdad
Let's stop
George Bush, let's stop George Bush
From killing
other nations (2x)
His chicken
hawks all never fought
But they believe
that others ought!
Let's stop
George Bush, Let's stop George Bush
From killing
other nations (2x)
Let's stop the
right, let's stop the right
From plundering
our nation (2x)
They say they're
for "security"
When they attack
our liberties
Let's Stop the
Right, let's stop the right
From plundering
our nation (2x)
Let's Stop the
Bombs, let's stop the bombs
From raining
down on Baghdad (2x)
As we all join
for yuletide fun
Let's make next
year a peaceful one!
Let's Stop the
Bombs, let's stop the bombs
From raining
down on Baghdad
Just Christmas (Tune of White
Christmas)
I’m dreaming of
a Just Christmas
Where nukes and
missiles are no more
Where the CIA is
hauled away
And our leaders
don’t bomb foreign shores
I’m dreaming of
a Just Christmas
Where Bush no
longer rules our land
Where our only
fight is for human rights
And space
weapons are all banned
I’m dreaming of
a Just Christmas
Where we all
make a living wage
Where health
care for all both big and small
Is found
throughout the world stage
I’m dreaming of
a Just Christmas
Where sweatshops
are forever banned
Where the
Christmas toys for little girls and boys
Are all made by
union hands
I’m dreaming of
a Just Christmas
Where corporate honchos are in jail
Where we lock up
Phil Knight for crushing workers rights
And no one will
ever pay the bail
I’m dreaming of
a Just Christmas
Where nukes and
missiles are no more
Where the CIA is
hauled away
And our leaders
don’t bomb foreign shores
Our Bombs Are
Blowing Up Another Land (Tune of Winter
Wonderland)
It’s Christmas
time in the city, all the lights are so pretty
But at this time
of year, our leaders shed a tear
Our bombs are
blowing up another land
We bring a gift
to the world, to every boy and every girl
We bring a
yuletide war and sanctions for the poor
Our bombs are
blowing up another land
In ‘89 we
toppled Noriega, we leveled El Chorillo to the ground
In ‘88 we fought
with Dan Ortega, and Nicaragua finally tumbled down
We’ll invade
sovereign borders, to impose the New World Order
George has a two
front war, like Hitler did before
Our bombs are
blowing up another land
The generals are
kind and jolly, they deck the missiles all with holly
What is this
season for, but a time to start a war
Our bombs are
blowing up another land
In ‘91 our
troops were in the Gulf War, nobody seemed to know just what for
This year we’ll
send a greeting to Iraq’s poor, patriots and missiles by the score
Now we’re in the
“war on terror,’ under George’s reign of error
We can only be
free, if we have no liberties
Our bombs are
blowing up another land
It’s Christmas
time in the city, all the lights are so pretty
But at this time
of year, our leaders shed a tear
Our bombs are
blowing up another land
