Uri Avnery’s “Arab revolution” was brought long ago by Gamal Nasser and the Baathists in Syria. However, like communism and capitalism – they failed to serve the “have-not” majority of people.

The current revolutionssweeping across the Arab world are not based on ‘nationalism’ but ‘good governance’ as part of Islamic faith. Such liberation movements were called for by the late Iranian leader, Imam Khomeini, as must for the Muslim world to rcover al-Quds stolen from them by the European Zionist Jews.
