Michael, when did Britain ever behave like an ally? All Britain has done for the Palestinians is knife them in the back and kick them in the crotch. The Muslim world hasn’t been a whole lot of help either.

Israel wins again! I’ll bet you weren’t expecting that! And Britain is still in its pocket too! I love the way Mr Littlewood gets in all the propaganda lines: Hague, David Miliband, Conservative Friends of Israel, the “outraged members of the public” and even the Jewish Chronicle. If you were a supporter of the Palestinian cause, would you constantly rub their noses in the dirt like this? Wouldn’t you say, as I do, that Palestine doesn’t need Britain as an ally. It has the whole Mulim world behind it (at very least!). All it needs is for Britain to do no more than jaw-jaw and that’s precisely what it’s getting. Israel, however, has only one ally and it is collapsing. So rejoice and be glad, Palestinian friends, all the Israelis can get out of Europe is hot air!
