Use of the leverage that money gives to install "supporters", whether Jewish or otherwise, in key positions in all of those domains. That works even better in the US than in Europe because of the "private sector at all costs" doctrine and the particular form of fundamentalist Protestant Christianity which prevails in the US. Their Old Testament orientation gives them a natural affinity for the Jews that, for example, Catholics do not have. Add to that the wave of post-Holocaust sympathy that is only now starting to die out and the racism inherent in America's colonial origins and you have a heady and, indeed, explosive, cocktail!
