Well, Rehmat, once again you demonstrate to what extent you are factually challenged.

Seriously, dude, what part of "I am owner/editor of “Foreign Policy Journal” (foreignpolicyjournal.com), not to be confused with “Foreign Policy” magazine. (foreignpolicy.com)" did you not understand?

Here's the Wikipedia page on my website Foreign Policy Journal for readers to check out: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_Policy_Journal.

And here's what Rehmat is talking about, the Wiki page for Foreign Policy magazine, which I have nothing to do with: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_Policy_Magazine.

Really, Rehmat, you really should at least make some small effort to know what you are talking about before you say things, rather than just continuing to further embarrass yourself.

Always a pleasure, Rehmat. Peace.

Hi Jeremy, I know a typical Iraeli Hasbra idiot when I read the bigotry of so-called 'experts' on what is going on the Muslim world. How about swallowing your own Israeli filth mentioned in the Israeli Hasbara project aka Wikipedia, which show FPJ as Samuel Huntington project.

As Gilad Atzmon wrote that Hasbara fools are vultures being fed by Jewish Lobby.

So who is a hypocrite Lobby's pet?

Shalom!

My interview with Gul: http://www.foreignpolicyjournal.com/2009/08/12/ex-isi-chief-says-purpose-of-new-afghan-intelligence-agency-rama-is-%E2%80%98to-destabilize-pakistan%E2%80%99/

Rehmat has already given y'all the link to his blog post. By all means, go check it out. Notice, in particular, his inability to get facts straight.

For example: "Jeremy showed his cunningness by asking Hamid Gul about his views on 9/11". I don't know why that would be very "cunning" of me, but it isn't true. I asked Gul precisely 3 questions. 1) How do you respond to charges of terrorism? 2) What are the reasons for the war on Afghanistan? and 3) Where the TTP gets its support from? The topic of 9/11 did come up, when GUL BROUGHT IT UP during his response to my 1st question. I accurately quoted and paraphrased Gul's remarks on 9/11, as confirmed by Gul himself, who both confirmed my transcript of our interview and whom I, as a professional courtesy, allowed to see the article in final form before publication, which he said was just fine and perfectly accurate.

Or, as another example: "He also told Jeremy that it was Indian RAW and Israeli MOSSAD, who were not only behind Mumbai terrorist attacks last year – but with the help of American are trying to destablize Pakistan..." In fact, the subject of Mumbai did not come up at all in our discussion (as any reader here can verify for themselves). Gul said no such thing to me in my discussions with him.

Or, continuing: "...for being the only Muslim nuclear power and the lucrative Afghan drug trade – which according to UNDOC World Drug Report 2009 is more than US$400 billion annual business." In fact, as any of you readers here can go and verify for yourselves, the UNODC WDR '09 does NOT make this estimate. A '09 UNODC report on Afghanistan, however, does estimate the value of the global opium trade -- at $65 billion. If any of you want to verify that, the title is "Addiction, Crime and Insurgency". Google it. It's available as a PDF. Rehmat simply pulls this "US$400 billion" figure, like so many of his other "facts", right out of his arse.

Then there is the entire second-last-paragraph of Rehmat's post, which, as I already mentioned, IS NOT A QUOTE FROM HAMID GUL. Yet Rehmat to this day refuses to remove the quotation marks. Hmmm...

Rehmat, as any of you here can verify for yourself, is consistently incapable of getting his facts straight or demonstrating a modicum of intellectual integrity.

But thanks, Rehmat. It's always a pleasure for me to be given the opportunity to completely discredit you. I'll see you again elsewhere on the internet, I'm sure. I'll be looking forward to it. Cheers!

Ah, Rehmat. Always a pleasure.

I am owner/editor of "Foreign Policy Journal" (foreignpolicyjournal.com), not to be confused with "Foreign Policy" magazine. (foreignpolicy.com)

As for my interview with former ISI chief Gen. Hamid Gul, I invite people to read it.

The claim I "tried to put words in Gul Hamid's [sic] mouth" is quite humorous. Almost as funny as Rehmat's characterization of my website as a "pro-Israeli propaganda outlet". Yes, clearly, my receipt of the Project Censored 2010 Award for my reporting on U.S. support for Israel's massacre in Gaza, my book "The Rejection of Palestinian Self-Determination", and this very article here are clearly all examples of my "pro-Israeli propaganda". There are many further examples of my "pro-Israeli propaganda" at my website I invite readers to go check out for themselves.

Interesting that while claiming I "put words in" Hamid Gul's mouth Rehmat fabricated quotes from Gul. When I wrote Rehmat to remove the quotation marks from his paragraph, since the words were not Gul's, Rehmat refused. To this day, the fabricated "quote" from Gul remains at Rehmat's blog.

My, my, the hypocrisy.

Gee - I am sure the co-founder of the Foreign Policy Journal, Samuel Huntington, a pro-Israeli American Zionist, must have known the above list of Israeli crimes before authoring the 'Islamophobic book' - Clash of Civilizations'.

Link to my post exposing Jeremy Hammond on his interview with former chief of Pakistan intelligence agency (ISI) Lt. Gen. Hamid Gul in which Jeremy tried to put words in Gul Hamid's mouth in order to confirm that it wers Muslims and not Israel and its American Zionist collaborators, who planned and carried-out 9/11.

Dr Zayid For as long as we have a Zionist Foreign and Commonwealth Office under control of Brown, Miliband and Lewis. This is their recent response to a request not to alter our law on abiding by the international law on universal jurisdiction. (Ref Livni cancelling her UK visit to speak to the JNF in case her collar was felt)

'Thank you for your email concerning Universal Jurisdiction, which has been passed to me to reply.

As required by the Geneva Conventions, the courts of the United Kingdom have jurisdiction over war crimes wherever they take place and whatever the nationality of the alleged perpetrator. The UK is fully compliant with its international obligations in this respect and I can assure you that we will remain so.

However, it is essential for the UK’s foreign policy priorities that leaders from other countries should be able to visit the UK and have a proper dialogue with the British Government. For example, the UK cannot hope to advance its goal of a just and lasting two-state solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict if it cannot host discussions with and between leaders from the key regional states.

We are looking currently at how to address this issue. I can assure you, however, that any amendment to the current system will not lessen our ability to bring war criminals to justice. The Government’s commitment to do so is firm and unwavering. Nor will any amendment undermine the judiciary’s independence and integrity.'

' However' is the key word in this very unpleasant combination of words. I know their 'rationale' and see the rebuttal that HMG's interest in 'proper dialogue' obviously trumps the supreme duty to bring people to the bar who have been responsible for 'supreme war crimes'. How much lower can they set the bar, and for how long is a leader like Livni to remain a 'leader'? One expects this but I feel sick.

Thanks to the unquestioning support that Israel receives, from the US and its allies, including the European Union and Canada, Israel continues to defy international law. The question, that we must ask our political leaders, is "How long must Israel remain above international law?"

A stunning list. For those who know something about the Book of Revelations let me suggest one interpretation.

In Europe Israel is read to be the church, or the faithful. I would add that many Orthodox Jews believe this Israel is an abomination. They defiled the al-Aqsa Mosque which could be read as the 3rd temple. It is conceivable that this Israel is the anti-Christ.

What's in a name? I am suggesting only that this Israel may not be the Israel of prophecy but a wicked precursor. This is what the Antichrist means--anti as in before, not only opposite. The Israel of prophecy comes about for the righteousness of its people. Here the devil is militarism, war, profit for blood; what is more evil? more selfish, more clearly in opposition to the principle of loving your neighbor as yourself.

Do not covet your neighbor's house? I think THIS Israel stands guilty. Do not murder, well. Do not bear false witness? Face it, this Israel is not the Israel of prophecy but a golden calf. It is the sand in Vaseline that destabilized the Middle East for American War interests. It is a perversion of our faith tradition, which has us cheering the murder of babies, mothers and old men in our drone war.

It's easy for us complacent Americans to decry Muslims for their terrorism. Their doctrine of war only allows attacking those who attack them first. They are taught to seek treaties for peace rather than war. They are forbidden to fight unless they are attacked, their way of life (including the free practice of their faith) denied them. Only if their enemy won't negotiate fairly, and won't abide by treaties can a Muslim fight.

Is this an unreasonable "just war" theory? We can judge it, fair or not. Muslims are free to judge that, they are encouraged to be merciful. Though, from their perspective I can see how many Muslims might be complacent given our record of intercession in their affairs.

We pervert their very governments, we rain fire on women and children--we dismiss them as collateral damage. It rends their hearts. Hell, many of them don't blame us for killing their militants, but when we use a 500lb bomb, that's a bit crude.

A sniper shot would at least be discriminating, though it would still be a summary execution, no habeas corpus, no arraignment, no trial, not even a military tribunal or even a kangaroo court. We never would stand for than, I guess they just have to take it.

This naive expediency of our drone wars perverts their own gov'ts, is tantamount to foreign occupation, violates any principle of civil or human rights and represents American tyranny. Our own Declaration of Independence says that those under tyranny have a "duty" to fight it. Though we're not often reminded of our founding ideals or Constitutional constraints.

No, we're fat, lazy, complacent citizens who accept lies, propaganda as news. We are a democracy but we're rotten to the core. Telling the truth has become a radical act. It's more likely to get you called crazy rather than provoking thought or introspection. We're all guilty, we can be silent no longer, God have mercy on us all.

What’s in a name? I am suggesting only that this Israel may not be the Israel of prophecy but a wicked precursor. This is what the Antichrist means–anti as in before, not only opposite. The Israel of prophecy comes about for the righteousness of its people. Here the devil is militarism, war, profit for blood; what is more evil? more selfish, more clearly in opposition to the principle of loving your neighbor as yourself.

Do not covet your neighbor’s house? I think THIS Israel stands guilty. Do not murder, well. Do not bear false witness? Face it, this Israel is not the Israel of prophecy but a golden calf. It is the sand in Vaseline that destabilized the Middle East for American War interests. It is a perversion of our faith tradition, which has us cheering the murder of babies, mothers and old men in our drone war.

It’s easy for us complacent Americans to decry Muslims for their terrorism. Their doctrine of war only allows attacking those who attack them first. They are taught to seek treaties for peace rather than war. They are forbidden to fight unless they are attacked, their way of life (including the free practice of their faith) denied them. Only if their enemy won’t negotiate fairly, and won’t abide by treaties can a Muslim fight.

Is this an unreasonable “just war” theory? We can judge it, fair or not. Muslims are free to judge that, they are encouraged to be merciful. Though, from their perspective I can see how many Muslims might be complacent given our record of intercession in their affairs.

We pervert their very governments, we rain fire on women and children–we dismiss them as collateral damage. It rends their hearts. Hell, many of them don’t blame us for killing their militants, but when we use a 500lb bomb, that’s a bit crude.

A sniper shot would at least be discriminating, though it would still be a summary execution, no habeas corpus, no arraignment, no trial, not even a military tribunal or even a kangaroo court. We never would stand for than, I guess they just have to take it.
