Well when it comes to Zionist crimes against Muslim people – international criminal court (ICC) and other international law enforcing organization get duct-taped. However, they seems to be very anxious to arrest Sudan President, Hamas prime minister, etc. for not being “civilized” towards Israel.

Lawyer’s point: public international law is not directly applicable. Effect must be given to it in domestic law before it can be relied on in court. For that very reason, public international law applies only to states, not to individuals. Thus, Mr McManus cannot rely on a rule of international law to set aside a rule of Danish domestic law. That said, I don’t think he has gone to court to “win”.
