The US government has them all. There is only one drawback, once out of the vial, how to contain it when you've reached the death quotient? What they are working on with this type of bacteria-plague, is a virus engineered to kill the bacteria and make it safe for the Chosen Ones (no reference to the Jews) to come out of their tunnels and underground cities. What the 'Bomb' dosn't get the plague will. This 'researcher' who died may have commited suicide by lethal bug, it is interesting that he obviouly took precautions not to infect anyone else.
