These are psychopaths, ie the type who hate other human beings, on racial, sectarian, gender and class lines,who lack human empathy, who readily lie, are insatiably greedy, violent and egotistical. The market capitalist system was created by this pathological human plague, and was crafted by them to favour their type at the expense of the rest of humanity. They are also dead souls, spiritually necrotic, sucking the lifeforce from other people and the very substance of the biosphere. Their triumph is the triumph of evil over good and of death over life. Somehow it seems that in human affairs evil has more weight than good.Perhaps having no scruples, no pity, no conscience grants them some sort of selective advantage in a perverted and unnatural selection process. And surely their ready recourse to murder and violence has, over the ages, removed some of the better types from the human gene pool. Today, as the Israeli/US Moloch spreads death and destruction to an increasingly vast region, in a frenzy of Islamophobic hatred, I am listening to aBBC hatemonger, sorry! 'journalist' spewing hatred against Eritrea. Does anyone remember when 'brave,little, Eritrea' wa sa hero of the West, battling 'evil, Communist, Ethiopia'?Now that Ethiopia is run by a Western stooge, the genocidist Zenawi,who did his masters' dirty work at Copenhagen, selling Africa out for unknown 'consideration', and whose thugs have laid Somalia waste, while conducting a genocide in Ethiopia's Ogaden (a genocide that the propaganda thugs of the BBC never mention)Eritrea is another member of the Axis of Evil, whose people are to be starved, and probably bombed,in the end, by the Fourth Reich.And you can bet that the vermin of the Western media,in my opinion as vile a group of vicious hypocrites as it is possible to imagine, will be there,hatemongering, lying,distorting,in service to evil, and in return for somewhat more than thirty pieces of silver. Over the past two or three years, I sent about twenty letters to various well-known, left-progressive journalists about the failure to report the millions killed in Iraq since 1991. This included Project Censored. Two responded, not including Project Censored, but coverage did not change. I also complained in my emails that they universally used a false starting date for the war, 2003, as it did not begin with the Bush II invasion, but with Bush I, with continued bombing during the Clinton regime. The last is revealing: progressives attack Republicans but ignore the crimes of Democrats, who were and are traditionally complicit, as with Vietnam. We also see how many progressives and progressive websites pushed to elect Obama while whining about Bush, and are now whining about Obama when his failure to keep his promises was predictable. The above analysis about the class and careerist character of progressive journalists (let's add the so-called peace movement) is spot on. But co-optation should be added to the equation. A last point: note how good left-progressive journalism is at detailing the horrors that confront us, (often excellent investigative journalism) and how badly it covers activism. One would think that activism is nonexistent, minimal or failing. The underlying themes are hopelessness and despair, and in whose interest is this? None dare call it genocide.
