Africa more than a hundred years ago, so goes the Congo and anywhere else there are these very precious minerals, etc. in quantity. Just as in Dune, "the spice must flow." And come war or peace, revolution, brutal rule, sanctions or no sanctions, the spice will, MUST flow. There are no strategic interests for the USA, England, and all the rest without these resources in QUANTITY. Industrial entities cannot exist on oil alone. As with S.
