One problem with these types of crime predictions.

Human Beings like any other living species (unlike robots) react to & alter their movements & ideas according to their current knowledge & moods & the prevailing situation!

Well, you know. No, maybe not. Would the simple solution just be to stop using technology that has the potential to spy. Old technology such as talking one to one would no doubt hamper this invasion. Then again, how far are we from being born with a chip already in our noggin. Whom out there can read minds? Have we really come so far that we are no longer on the edge of the cliff! Is DV part of the equation of spying asking for info mining such as name and e-mail? Guess time to only observe and watch the madness explode.

And the answer is about 5.8 trillion miles. I thought we human's couldn't go faster than the speed of light? Look's good on paper. Yes the bank's went faster than the speed of light almost by three times. Global Derivatives - $1.4 QUADRILLION, oops.

In the largest taxpayer mobilization since the economic crisis began,
thousands of Americans from 20 cities will converge on the American Bankers
Association (ABA) conference in Chicago from October 25 to 27 to demand banks
stop spending millions in taxpayer dollars to lobby against reforms that would
protect Americans from the next economic crisis.

After taking $17.8 trillion in taxpayer bailouts and backstops, the ABA and
the six largest banks have spent more than $35 million fighting Congressional
action on financial reform. Meanwhile, ordinary Americans continue to face
rising foreclosures, record unemployment, skyrocketing bank and credit card
fees.

I googled this demonstration and only a few stories, articles and on the new's TV I saw one story maybe 30 seconds. HUMMM bankers who seem to have control of media, policy, business, and our thoughts. That's 17.8 trillion. If you travel at the speed of light for one year how many miles would to go?

not only is this not much of a leak, but In-q-tel, on behalf of the US Intelligence Community (IC, i.e. NOT just the CIA) invested in a technology called "Brand Pulse" from Inktomi in 2002 (or so). Brand Pulse came out before "Web 2.0" but it had EXACTLY the same intent as Visible: to monitor "buzz" about topics in which the IC was interested

Did you know that the Attorney General's Guidelines in May 30, 2002 rescinded anti-COINTELPRO regulations? For countless organized gang stalking targets nationwide - COINTELPRO - is alive and well. In response to two Freedom of Information Act lawsuits the FBI published on its website its Domestic Investigations and Operations Guidelines. It deleted almost the entire section on the "undisclosed participation" by the FBI or its informants in domestic groups. I wonder if the Bush Administration didn't secretly put in place the TIPS program congress tried to stop. I contend COINTELPRO 2009 is using private citizens who use red cars, red trucks, wear-carry red in conspicuous surveillance. What we need is a Commission to get to the bottom of "secret" programs put in place by the Bush Administration and continued by the Obama Administration. As the above article illustrates we need a new cabinet level department, the Department of Civil Liberties. We can no longer depend on Congressional oversight to monitor the vast surveillance network being put in place.

An amusing aside: this isn't much of a leak! If you go to the INDECT website, the document is publically available! Also, never forget that the more material that is gathered, 99% of it totally useless, the less real "spying" there is since the sheer mass of material just buries the system.
