The US supplied the lion's share but other countries helped top off the stash including, the UK, France and Russia. If the US didn't supply the whole world with fancy weapons these unending national and religious wars would have to be fought with kitchen knives and forks. Why does the 'free' West, except for Russia, supply countries all over the world with weapons of mass destruction and then annihilate those same countries for having weapons of mass destruction? They do it because the outcome is carnage and death. There is no humanity behind this just the opposite, diabolical evil. Everyone already knows that the US supplied Iraq and Iran with full arsenals of the latest weaponry including biological and chemical agents.
