Obama is 98% alright, but as he is 'Cheney Plus' (plus the most cynical duplicity ever in posing as what he is not, nor could ever be)at a guess about 120% pure Cheney, I reckon the 2% discount makes him 117.6% Cheney. But ..wait..there's more. The 2% reduction won't ever materialise, but the media will forget Obama's deal as readily as they forget every politically inconvenient fact. I'd bet it's already on the conveyor-belt to the 'Memory Hole'. Cheney was 'what you see is what you get'-Obama is something even more sinister. Hard luck, but hardly unexpected for you poor blighters, for who, apart from a self-deluded fool, could ever believe that the US system could deliver anything but a bought and sold puppet of the US ruling class?
