Thanks for your note.  I basically agree with you regarding the Cash Plus investors as well as the Madoff scam victims.  I will shed no tears for either.  What interested me about this story is how similar &quot;the scam&quot; is to everyday life.  Everyone gets taxed, not by scam artists, but by banks looking to enhance profits by charging fees  - ATM fees, Check-cashing fees, low balance fees, bounced check fees...  It really is legalized extortion.  So, in this way, the moment of the scam is mroe similar to everyday life than we might think.

Yes PwC is another rip off but since its money that people decided to throw away anyway, what&#039;s the big deal?</description>
