And after 6,000 years of knowledge still the question remains, why? To what purpose? Then the question for how much longer? Maybe we can bring the system back to normal? Do you hear that it's that laughter again coming from somewhere. Still time with a new way of thinking.

The reaction of the Russians, one must hope, is predicated on a wager that the US is on the brink of economic collapse. One lesson that the world must have learned by now, as the Native Americans swiftly learned, is that the US's word, its solemn 'treaty' obligations, turn out to be 'writ on water', as soon as the US has extracted maximum advantage from them. Like their partners in evil and villainy, the Israelis, the US never keeps its word with lesser types ie the rest of humanity.
For the Western media to allow Obama to speak of Putin as being mired in the Cold War, when the US has surrounded Russia with NATO stooges, has connived at regime change through 'colour revolution' across Russia's periphery and is installing the apparatus for a sneak nuclear first-strike and the mopping-up of any surviving missiles on Russia's very border(with the contemptuous and mendacious excuse that it is aimed at Iran!)is typical of that sewer of black propaganda and lies. The very essence of Americanism is an insane desire to dominate, everything, everywhere. The concept of 'peaceful co-existence' is absolute anathema to the Yankee mentality. One can speculate as to the pathopsychological mechanisms behind it, but the two hundred year history of massacre, torture, mutilation and ceaseless aggression is there for all to see. As the house Negro and confidence-man Obama weaves a spell of mostly willingly self-inflicted mesmerism over the world, the slaughter continues in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Somalia, the subversion continues in Iran, Xinjiang and Moldova and the unending trillions in military expenditure and research into more efficacious methods of mass murder and intimidation continues unabated. Obama is the slick PR face mounted on the same apparatus of state terror and bullying that existed under Bush. After arrogance and crude threats, we get sly dissembling, hollow promises and hypnotic gesturing a la Mandrake. While the planet burns, and as Yankee intransigence, yet again, threatens global consensus at Copenhagen. It is plain, surely, by now, that the Masters wish the planet to go through a fiery catharsis, quite literally as all the victims of recent mega-fires, certain to grow worse, can attest. The question remains, why? To what purpose?

I'm sure Putin and Medvedev are both in awe of Obama's incredible intellectual prowess as well as Obama's countenance.
Hopefully they won't be so intimidated or overcome by feelings of inferiority so as to do something stupid.

So what? This is just a banal description of a banal diplomatic meeting, with everybody saying, more or less "mine is longer than yours, but we don't need to argue about that". I don't see where Mr Walberg sees Medvedev "grasping at straws", nor do I see any "stand-off " to be won or lost by either side. Only the "new cold war" faction will be surprised.
