Yes, mary, I have often watched Wyatt, who in my opinion is as banal and moronic as she is wicked, mouthing the empty platitudinous lies of the New Labour apparatus. Have you ever read Yablonsky's 'Robopaths', about the dehumanised apparatchiks of the capitalist system? I think that the propagandists, the liars who mouth the unbelievable falsehoods like parrots, who serve murderous power because they have neither the integrity to know better nor the intelligence to see through the lies, are amongst the most scabrous examples of our species known to exist. At least the masters have the excuse that they are florid psychotics, obsessed with the power over life and death and exercising it against women and children. The poltroons of the establishment media, and the BBC is about as debased as it gets, with their endless, braying, assertion of their imaginary 'integrity' and 'freedom' while being, in truth, no more than crude propagandists for power, are so far, far, beneath contempt as to be completely irredeemable.

Craig's website is down which is strange??

The report on the BBC link above has been changed since I put it here. The usual BBC news department (pro-war pro-NuLabour pro-Zionist) have changed '40 people have been killed' to '50 suspected militants have been killed'.

Notice the use of the word 'militant'. They use it frequently to describe anyone who is opposed to the USUKIs London/Tel Aviv/Washington axis of evil whoever they are or on which continent they are.

They have a female reporter Caroline Wyatt who is the Ministry of Defence's mouthpiece. She revels in descriptions of various theatres of war, logistics, plans and actions and appears to lack the normal female abhorrence of war and killing. In fact when reporting deaths of British troops she is in her element

The revisions are helpfully on this site.

The courageous Craig Murray, ex British Ambassador to Uzbekistan, who spoke out against the complicity of the UK government in the torture that went on there in collaboration with the CIA, is standing as an Independent in a by-election for Norwich North on 23 July. He resigned from his position some years ago, has given evidence to a Parliamentary committee and now writes a blog.

He speaks today that, whilst canvassing, he is hearing the voters' disgust at the deaths in war and the loss of young lives. They say they are sick of it.

We urgently need him in Parliament particularly to get this carnage stopped and the troops home before Afghanistan becomes another Iraq. The Panther's Claw and the Strike of the Sword, as these illegal operations are so cruelly named by Obama and McChrystal, must cease.

There were dozens killed today by drones, at least 40, and seven British servicemen are dead in as many days. I do not know the number of US casualties.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/south_asia/8139739.stm

The relatives say 'He/she died doing what he/she loved' or similar as this mother said today and the processions of hearses through Wootton Bassett (a small town near the airbase where the bodies from Afghanistan are repatriated) will become a weekly event for the BBC and Sky to carry live to the accompaniment of a patriotic commentary whilst the wardrum beats.

'Dulce et decorum est pro patria mori' should NOT be the motto here nor even 'We do bad things to bad people' as the young Prince Harry had on his cap when he returned from his war games in Afghanistan.

I think what's happening at the moment is that the super-rich, including those who hold US citizenship, and countries with large dollar holdings are slowing "offloading" tose holdings and are propping up the dollar artificially until they've got their money safely into something else (Euros?). Once they've got their money out, they'll let the dollar drop and that will be good news for ordinary Americans. Imports (and thereby outsourcing of American jobs) will become uneconomic and all that's then needed is a sharp bout of inflation to reduce the real money value of debts, both undividuals and the US national debt. I think Mr Lendman is fundamentally right that the US is a deadbeat and will ultimately default on its debt, leaving the rest of the world to carry the can. Perhaps oddly, that way, everybody wins!
