EFCA will either be totally eviscerated or it will die .

This reminds me of all of the things FDR did to make sure there was no REAL revolt against capitalism and wealth. The whole New Deal did some minor things ... but the main thrust was to protect wealth.

Bills were passed then, and the Supremes actually upheld some, because that was what was needed to protect wealth.

If those of us who potentially envision a 'new world' that isn't based on capitalism, we will have to stop spending in order to assist the downfall of more than just a few banks and what remains of the industrial base. Big ag will have to collapse, and the poor (black and white) will have to stick together until real change occurs. People will have to starve, and misery will have to stalk the land ...

Do I think that will ever happen ... ? No, because once a bit of progress is made, what is left of the capitalist class will make some minor concessions - or will co-opt the leadership of the revolt - and we'll end up being a class riven society.

But, I'd like to live long enough to see the battle engaged ...

In the meantime I will keep asking ...

What is YOUR personal point for being bought off?
How little will it take YOU to be co-opted?

Not much, I'll wager.

This is proof that our politicians are in the pockets of big business & hence, enemies of the American people. When will the sheeple see the handwriting on the wall?
