But think of all the times that this doesn't happen. All the drugs on the market that are a mere placebo-effect, or worse, have negative side-effects. A neutral and uninfluenced investigation laboratory, sponsored by the state with money from the medical enterprises(so yes they fund the research but they don't decide how much money they give and to whom) should be called to life.
