In olden days it was difficult to spy on US citizens. Now it is all fun and also good for USA. judges, who interpret constitution, also think it is good fun and games for perps. the perped don't count. They neverd did. Uncle never changes, never wavers when it comes to defense of his interests. of course uncle doesn't have to spy that much on aliens; he's got other tools to use on them. but who knows, the other tools may be used even on some amers, as well. tnx police state made easy.
