Most of the labels, which once said diabetes, hyperglycemia, and death. Now in most stories (haven’t checked a label lately) put a big fat period as “.” after diabetes. Proven lethal side effects that I know of include profound hyperglycemia-coma-death, suicide, sudden cardiac arrest, etc.
