There is no work around the change now. The system reached some important limits.

Social assimetry around the globe, corruption, awfull management of natural resources, terrible usage of human lifetime, lack of understanding about the global non linear system that we live on, and desrespect for the basic natural aspects of our biological structure lead to this state.

Is this unnatural? Is this bad? Well, I think there are no such things, unless looking to things by a limited perspective. It is surely a path that will bring more suffering for humans, and during a lot of time we will try to find a global, more suitable path for us.

I think the keys for this change in the system will be in:

1 - balancing average resource usage per human
2 - Managing a different way of conceptualizing richness, based on the idea of not needing to acumulate, but needing to make things circulate, and to do services and distribute resources to others.
3 - Learning how to use the food, and external environment to accomodate the genetic changes we are capable to handle
4 - Accept a more natural lifestyle
5 - Select very carefully the technologies that are important and sustainable to continue with us.
6 - Find new ways to use the available energy around us.
7 - Do not try to establish some "ism". The understanding of the neverending change in aspects of things, either social, political, economic, falimiar, biological and mental, is very very important to create a new way of handling problems and making decisions, using inteligence, insigth, and honesty in every situation. It is time to face thruth in its deeper meaning, in all aspects of our capacity to feel and understand. It is time to end with philosophies that teach yesterday how to behave today. It is time for understanding the relativity of things. It is time for loosing fear, it is time for accepting suffering and hapiness equaly. It is The time.

Well, let's start by surgically removing the parasitical Finance, Insurance and Real Estate (FIRE) "idustries that are sucking the life blood from this nation and most of the planet. While we're at it, ban the insurance thieves from health care.

I don't care what ideology you claim for it, as long as we get the work done.

Marx was not god, he was a person who analysed what he saw, with some good insights. He also suffered from at least one major oversight, not understanding the role of banks and their monopoly on money creation. As long as we allow private banks to create our money supply, we are going to be under their thumb, and subject to the boom-bust-bubble cycles they create, because such cycles are good for people at the top, by periodically transferring a lot of the wealth produced by the working classes upwards. More here - Banketeering http://www.rudemacedon.ca/banketeering.html
First we take back our brains, then we go for the country.

Stephen, Just a simple question with probably not a real simple answer. If capitalism is such a problem and facsism and socialism and other isms are so unsuccessful, then what is the utopian economic system that needs to be applied in our current state of affairs???
Thanks, Tom

Stephen just for the heck of it how hard would it be to change this present system with a new way of thinking? Take your time a day or two.
