Links between criminals and the intelligence services are nothing new. A small point, though: it's a bit odd to speak of "the destruction of Yugoslavia by the United States, the European Union and NATO" or of "NATO partners Germany and the U.S. decid[ing] to drive a stake through Yugoslavia’s heart". Don't forget that nobody could have forced the peoples of ex-Yugoslavia to separate, nor could anybody stop them coming back together in the future if they so wished. The idea that they were manipulated luke Pavlov's dogs is rather silly, therefore, and detracts from the article. Also, correction of fact, Eurlex is an EU operation, not a UN one.
