Bush] will get away with committing war crimes and crimes against humanity against the Afghan and Iraqi people. It would be quite surprising to see Obama grow a spine along with a conscience by actually following Leopold's sensible suggestion of having Obama's attorney general prosecute Bush's criminal administration. But given the fact that Obama declined to back Kucinich's articles of impeachment against Bush and Cheney, that may prove to be a forlorn hope.
